<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an optimum method by solving the problem that a layer configuration, a bank configuration, and a refresh control system are not established in a three-dimensional laminated memory having a through-hole electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated memory includes a memory core layer; an interposer; and an IF chip. When the memory core layer with the same configuration is laminated, correspondence is performed to both a non-parity operation and a parity operation. Further, a bank is designated without relying on the number of lamination in the memory core layer by the allocation of a low address and a bank address. A refresh counter is arranged in the IF chip so as to perform the refresh control of the laminated memory.
