Provided is a pouch type lithium secondary battery to prevent the coming off by forming an uneven part at the upper sealing part of a pouch and by improving the folding. The pouch type lithium secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly which is provided with a first electrode plate having a first electrode tap(137), a second electrode plate having a second electrode tap(138), and a separator located between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate; and a pouch(120) which comprises a front surface and a back surface having an electrode assembly accommodation part and has a sealing part formed the surroundings of the electrode assembly accommodation part, wherein an uneven part(150) is formed at the upper sealing part of the pouch where the electrode tap is withdrawn, a bending line(155) formed when the both sealing parts of the pouch where the electrode tap is not withdrawn pass the upper sealing part, and the uneven part is parallel to the bending line. |
