Method of evaluating sanitary safety using ATP, pH, and temperature data

A method for facilitating the evaluation of sanitary safety of a point or points in a processing or handling environment is disclosed. A set of recorded adenosine triphosphate (ATP) data is stored with corresponding temperature or pH data in a logical relationship. The ATP data is then graphed with the temperature or pH data, allowing a user to assess particular sanitary conditions for the points where data was recorded.
