A pipe connection structure is provided to improve the productivity and reduce the manufacturing cost by using a lock adapter in the fluid inlet of a joint. According to a pipe connection structure, a fastening nut(40) is screwed in a fluid inlet(2) of a joint(1) as a pipe(30) is connected to the fluid inlet via a lock adapter(10), and then the pipe is fastened watertightly with a spacer(15), an O-ring(16), and a pressure packing(17). When the lock adapter is screwed to the inner circumference of the fluid inlet, a first wedge step(10-1) is pressed onto the inside surface of the pipe. And then, a second wedge step(18-1) of a lock ring(18) is pressed on the outside surface of the pipe as a front inclined surface(18-2) moves by the fastening nut along a rear inclined surface(17-1) of the pressure packing.
