<p>PURPOSE: A test system of an inline type LCD device is provided to reduce an installation cost and simplify a test process by forming a loader portion and an unloader portion with one body. CONSTITUTION: A loader portion(52) transfers an LCD panel from a pre-process to a test system(50). An unloader portion(62) transfers the tested LCD panel from the test system(50) to a post-process. A multitude of transfer unit(54,57,60) transfers the LCD panel from test portions(56,58) or the unloader portion(62). The test portions(56,58) loads the LCD panel and perform a test process for the LCD panel. A multitude of robot(64,66,68) transfer the LCD panel among the loader portion(52), the transfer units(54,57,60), and the unloader portion(62).</p> |
