An annular volume (V) has a separating nose (10) extended by an inner annular wall (12a) and outer annular wall (12b), for separating primary flow (F1) and secondary flow (F2). The volume has annular segments (P) in the form of cells (20) separated in pairs by the fan blades (15) passing through both the flows. The cells are fixed to an upstream annular collar (30) and downstream annular collar (40) driven rotationally by the blades. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) cell; and (2) annular collar.
