<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stereoscopic picture display device capable of excellently performing the stereoscopic vision of a super multi-sight area in high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The stereoscopic picture display device has: a light beam modulation means including a plurality of pixels to emit luminous flux based on parallactic image information; and a light emitting point arraying means arranged on the light emitting side of the light beam modulation means and constituted by arraying a plurality of light emitting parts to form a light emitting point in a predetermined direction. The light emitting point arraying means has a light emitting point multiplexing means for changing the luminous flux from the respective pixels of the light beam modulation means into luminous flux having directivity and emitted in a plurality of directions different from each other, arranged on the light emitting side of the light emitting point arraying means, and forming more secondary light emitting parts than the light emitting parts by the luminous flux from the plurality of light emitting parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
