PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely secure front and rear spaces of a control valve on a turning base frame. SOLUTION: This turning work vehicle is formed by arranging a step 12 having operation levers 69 and 69 and pedals 66, 67 and 68 on a front part of the turning base frame 5, and is formed by arranging the control valve 25 under the step 12 for controlling driving of a hydraulic actuator by being connected to the operation levers 69 and 69 and the pedals 66, 67 and 68.
