<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen absorbing resin composition having excellent oxygen absorbing properties, improved degradation during production or molding, and improved loss of efficacy in air, without emitting an unpleasant odor even after absorbing oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen absorbing resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A) having a carbon-carbon double bond substantially only in a main chain, a transition metal salt (B), and a radical scavenger (C). The composition optionally comprises a gas barrier resin (D), a compatibilizer (E), and the like. The composition obtains improved degradation during production or molding and improved loss of efficacy in air by irradiating an active energy ray to allow oxygen absorbing properties to manifest themselves when oxygen absorbing power is desired to manifest itself. The composition has good oxygen absorbing properties, thereby suppressing formation of an odor material by the decomposition of the resin due to oxygen absorption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
