A system and a method for operating a wireless IC chip, a wireless terminal equipped with the wireless IC chip, a device for managing the wireless IC chip, and a recording medium are provided to enable the second banking facility to process banking transaction corresponding to a banking account issued to a user by using banking account information stored in the wireless IC chip issued from the first banking facility. An information recorder records the banking account information issued from other banking facilities to the wireless IC chip issued from the first banking facility. The wireless terminal(100) stores a program. When the user requests the banking transaction using the banking account issued from other banking facilities, the program authenticates the user by receiving/checking a wireless chip use right code issued from the first banking facility, checks banking facility/service selection information of the user, and transmits information extracted from banking account information issued from the selected banking facility after connecting to the selected banking facility. A banking facility server processes the banking service requested from the user by linking with the wireless terminal. |
