PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MT shift actuator devised on the detection of a load on a shift lever. SOLUTION: A control part gives control information that expresses a time-varying pattern of force to an operation part for operating the shift lever. The control part combines/generates a first control information that expresses a pattern of force as a model given to the operation part while shifting the shift lever and a second kind of control information that expresses a pattern of force corresponding to differences in position and speed between the time-varying position and speed of the shift lever as a model corresponding to the first control information and the actual position and speed of the shift lever. In this event, the ratio of the first kind of control information is curtailed in cases where contact with a synchronizer mechanism is detected based on acceleration of the shift lever.
