PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarized wave antenna device capable of improving transmission efficiency of an antenna by correcting axis ratio of the antenna. SOLUTION: A patch antenna 13, a feeding electrode 15, and a right angle hybrid circuit 18 are provided on a base 12. A stub 13e is provided on the tip of the patch antenna 13, and a voltage-controlled variable capacitor 21 is provided on the tip of the stub 13e. An axis ratio measuring part 23 is connected to a second corner e2 of the right angle hybrid circuit 18 through a lead wire 22. An axis ratio correction value deciding part 25 is connected to the axis ratio measuring part 23 through a lead wire 24, and a voltage controller 28 is connected to the axis ratio correction value deciding part 25 through a lead wire 27. Voltage of the voltage-controlled variable capacitor 21 is adjusted based on the decided axis ratio correction value, electrical length of the stub 13e is adjusted, and the axis ratio of the antenna is corrected.
