A damper structure of a glove box is provided to open/close the glove box at a constant velocity by sensing moving velocity of a cylinder with respect to a piston rod and controlling moving velocity of the piston rod. A damper structure of a glove box, comprises a cylinder(120), an air flow control unit(140), and a control unit(150). The cylinder is arranged at one side of the glove box, and has a piston rod(110) coupled to a glove box door. The cylinder has an air passage(117) through which outdoor air is introduced by the movement of the piston rod. The air flow control unit includes a valve(130) mounted in the air passage of the cylinder so as to open/close air flow, and a solenoid(132) coupled to the valve so as to move the valve. The control unit includes a sensor(142) for sensing the moving velocity of the piston rod moving in the cylinder. The control unit controls flow rate of air being introduced to the cylinder by controlling the solenoid of the air flow control unit in accordance with the moving velocity of the piston rod sensed by the sensor.
