<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional use of a writing utensil with the cap removed at the writing of a character, the drawing of a picture or the like can cause the loss of a cap or the accident by a child through its unexpected swallow to block the throat, or that a wrist gets tired during a long term writing and drawing work. <P>SOLUTION: The management without removing the cap becomes possible by moving the cap along a guide groove vertically and horizontally.
