PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator system and an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of favorably controlling a rotation angle even if variation is caused to be generated in an operation range depending on the products. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for the vehicle is equipped with an electric motor 110 rotating a rotating shaft 127, and a pulse pattern plate 153 generating A phase and B phase pulse signal based on the rotation of the electric motor 110 to control the rotation angle of the rotating shaft 127 based on the A phase and B phase pulse signal. An electronic control device 330 determines the position of the original point based on the pulse signal of the initialized pattern generated from the pulse pattern plate 153. When the electric motor 110 is rotated in one way direction on the basis of the position of the original point, the one side end of the operation range is determined (step S340) of the operation range of the rotating shaft 127 based on A phase and B phase pulse signal. When the electric motor 110 is rotated in the other direction, the other side end of the operation range is determined (step S400) based on the A phase and B phase pulse signals.
