A robot cleaner is provided to reduce the production cost by driving a rotary brush through not a motor but the jetting force of exhaust air, and to cut down the maintenance cost by reducing the electricity consumption in operating the robot cleaner. A robot cleaner comprises a main body automatically driven on a cleaned floor; a rotary brush(20) installed on the lower surface of the main body to clean the floor; a vacuum suction port installed on the lower surface of the main body to suck dust on the floor; a vacuum motor driven to suck dust from the vacuum suction port; an exhaust port for discharging air sucked from the vacuum motor; and a rotary brush driving unit for operating the rotary brush by using exhaust air discharged from the exhaust port. The rotary brush driving unit includes a driving unit, that is, an impeller(61) disposed at the front side of the exhaust port to be rotated by the exhaust air; and a belt(62) for connecting the driving unit with the rotary brush to rotate the rotary brush through rotation of the driving unit.
