PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cataplasm in which the adhesive layer has sufficient shape-keeping properties and cohesive power even if a large amount of percutaneously absorbable medicine compatible with the adhesive is contained. SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption type cataplasm has the adhesive layer containing the percutaneously absorbable medicine compatible with the adhesive in a crystal form. The storage elastic modulus of the adhesive layer at the temperature within the range of 0-40°C is larger than the storage elastic modulus of the adhesive layer containing no medicine.
