PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dog's collar that is adjustable to a size suitable for each dog' neck, is easily attached to a dog's neck without being disliked by a dog and is appropriate for training. SOLUTION: In attaching a dog's collar 10 to a dog's neck, firstly the dog's collar is opened by pulling out the other end 1b of a belt body 1 from a latching attachment 19. The belt body 1 and a belt body 11 are turned around a dog's neck, the other end 1b of the belt body 1 is passed through the rectangular holes 20a and 20b of the latching attachment 19, a latching hole 7 is selected in a shape fit to a proper size of a dog's neck and one end of a hook 21 is passed through the latching hole 7 and held. Consequently, the dog's collar 10 is attached to the dog's neck while selecting a proper size without being disliked by a dog.
