<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing monitoring system, a monitoring data management device and a monitoring data management method for solving any problem currently generated in housing, and for using it for the maintenance of housing by sampling the environmental data of each place in housing with a sensor, and for analyzing the sampled data. <P>SOLUTION: This housing monitoring system is configured for grasping the environmental information of housing by storing data showing an environment in housing, and analyzing the stored data, and provided with a non-contact type radio communication device 12 with a sensor, a management device 21 for receiving and storing data from the non-contact type radio communication device 12 with a sensor, and for transmitting the stored data in response to a request and terminal equipment 22 for receiving the data from the management device 21.
