PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of obtaining adjustment information of a value of a noise elimination degree congenial to an operating environment or preference of users. SOLUTION: An image quality revision section 63A applies resolution creation processing to an input image signal on the basis of adjusted resolution and a noise elimination degree. A noise amount detection section 63B detects a noise amount ND of the input image signal. A storage section 81 of a recovery board unit 70 stores a noise amount acquired by e.g. each frame at an information acquisition section 82 and stores data in pairs with the value of the noise elimination degree and the noise amount acquired by the information acquisition section 82 every time the image quality revision section 63A adjusts the value of the noise elimination degree. The recovery board unit 70 is recovered and the adjustment information (correspondence information between the noise amount and the value of the noise elimination degree) of the value of the noise elimination degree congenial to the operating environment or the preference of the users on the basis of the storage contents of the storage section 81.
