A second message processor (760) is configured to process the flow of traffic delete messages from the transmitter and received delete messages in the receiver. The permission control unit is connected to a processor (715) to control the transmitter and receiver. The transmitter is connected to an antenna (705) for sending permission control messages. The receiver is connected to the antenna for receiving permission control messages. An independent claim is included for the central control unit used in the meshed network.
