PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding rubber bearing device capable of supporting a bridge beam by moving an upper shoe in all horizontal directions while restricting the upward movement of the upper shoe to secure lift acting on the bridge beam by a simple structure and having a bridge beam fall prevention effect. SOLUTION: The upper shoe 2 is smoothly moved on a low friction member in the range of clearances between a bridge axial restriction body 6 and a bridge perpendicular restriction body 7 projected from the upper shoe 2 downward and a restriction body and an upper flange 5 end face to absorb and relieve the extension and retraction of the bridge beam put on the upper surface of the upper shoe 2. When the movement amount of the upper shoe 2 is increased, the restriction body 6 is brought into contact with the end face of the upper flange 5, restricted to move by the shearing elastic force of the upper flange 5 to prevent the bridge beam from falling, and a locking part 9 horizontally extended from the bridge perpendicular restriction body 7 is brought into contact with the upper flange 5 to restrict the vertical movement thereof.
