PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of certainly reducing radiation noise in an about 30-100 MHz low frequency wave harmonic region without greatly increasing connection places between cases when metal cases are connected with transmission cables. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment transmits an electric signal by connecting a first printed circuit board in a first case and a second printed circuit board in a second case with a first cable. A ground line is arranged so that the ground of the first printed circuit board and the ground of the second printed circuit board are connected to the first cable.
