The protective cover (22) is mixed with a diffusion material and a dye capable of developing a color corresponding to the color temperature of the cold-cathode tube (21). Furthermore, an irregular portion (22a) is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the protective cover (22) along the longitudinal direction.</p>
