The article comprises a compliant film (12) with pressure sensitive adhesive bonded to its lower surface. The adhesive has microstructured (22) surface to form channels (24) of volume 1X103> mu m3> per circular area with diameter of 500 mu m. The channels with wet-out value of 85% has exit pathways to provide the flow of fluid to periphery of the article when it is applied to the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The article comprises a compliant film with pressure sensitive adhesive bonded to the lower surface.
