<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit and software allowing a scheduler of an advanced processor to generate a code executing at accelerated speed. <P>SOLUTION: In this device and method, regular restriction prescribed to scheduling operation is partially ignored, a certain instruction is simply scheduled such that it is executed as fast as possible, an exception is generated when the scheduling violates the scheduling restriction, and measures taken so as to rightly execute each instruction set generating the exception is determined.
