PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system for calling attention to a typhoon condition in a destination direction. SOLUTION: This navigation system comprises a display 52 capable of displaying a road map, an acquisition means for acquiring typhoon information via a communication means, a calculation means for calculating a typhoon-affected area W based on the acquired typhoon information, a determination means for determining whether or not a guidance point, such as a destination or a present position, is included in the typhoon-affected area W, and a display control means for causing interruptive information including a forecast typhoon path to be displayed on the display when it is determined that the guidance point is included in the typhoon-affected area W.
