PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a game and a system for the game capable of displaying a received money amount and a lendable frequency corresponding to the received money amount without confusing a player. SOLUTION: The integer part of a quotient for which the total amount of a card balance read from a member card received by a card insertion port and the balance of the received money amount fed from a paper money feeding port or a coin feeding port is divided by the total (105 yen) of a lending unit amount (100 yen) as a consumption unit amount and a consumption tax amount (5 yen) corresponding to the lending unit amount is displayed as a frequency at a frequency display part 2a, and the total amount of the card balance and the balance of the received money amount is displayed at a balance display part. Thus, even in the case that the total amount of the card balance and the balance of the received money amount is 1 yen or more and less than 105 yen and the frequency displayed at the frequency display part 2a becomes 0, the player is not made to be distrustful.
