PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the preparation period and improvement of measuring precision by supplying a dispensing medium to a circulating route, without accompanying the mixing with air. SOLUTION: A dispersing medium supply system 3 is connected to the vicinity of the drain port 14 of the circulating route 13, constituting a suspension circulating system 1, to send the dispersing medium 3a to the circulating route 13 from the dispersing medium supply system 3.
