PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate formation and manufacturing using injection molding dies for a plastic material, and to improve the usability of a foldable container by assembling it so that its inner face is comparatively flat. SOLUTION: A connecting structure connects a bottom plate and side plates such that the side plates 300 are freely turned at approximately 90°inside a surrounding wall 101 integrally formed upright along outer peripheral edges of the rectangular bottom plate 100. The connecting structure integrally includes an engaging part 205 separated from the surrounding wall, vertically extending from the upper face of the bottom plate, and having a projection 204 at an upper end in order to narrow a space 203 from the internal wall of the surrounding wall. Additionally, a cut space 301 is defined at the lower edge of the side plate so that the engaging part is positioned. In addition, an inward hook-like part 302 is integrally formed at the lower edge of the side plate so as to continue from the one side edge and upper edge of the cut space and project into the cut space.
