USE AUTHENTICATION DEVICE, CREDIT AUTHORIZATION TERMINAL, USE AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM, AND USE AUTHENTICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to limit affiliated stores utilized with a credit card.

SOLUTION: A use authentication device for use authentication stores information for specifying affiliated stores in which a credit card is prohibited to be used, for each user of the credit card. The use authentication device receives use authentication from a terminal of the affiliated store, and decides whether the user specified by the use authentication prohibits the use of the credit card for the affiliated store specified by the use authentication. When it is prohibited, failure of the use authentication is transmitted to the terminal of the affiliated store, and when it is not prohibited, the authentication result is transmitted to the terminal of the affiliated store.
