The method involves loading a seat in a testing area with a testing body having an anthropometric, aligned hard pressure surface (10) on the body. The pressure force, produced by the testing body over the pressure surface at the seat, is measured in defined measuring zone of the area. The distribution of the measured force in the zone is evaluated as actual pressure force distribution based on target pressure force distribution.
