<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance output density to a system scale and efficiently make an external humidifying fuel cell generate electric power and an internal humidified fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system has the external humidifying fuel cell 1 and the internal humidifying fuel cell 2; and when electric power is generated by supplying air, in starting, in cooling the cell, in starting at freezing point, at generation of water clogging, or the like, air is supplied to the external humidifying fuel cell 1; air exhausted from the external humidifying fuel cell 1 is supplied to the internal humidifying fuel cell 2, and in the normal power generation, air is supplied to the internal humidifying fuel cell 2, and air exhausted from the internal humidifying fuel cell 2 is supplied to the external humidifying fuel cell 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
