PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for inhibiting storing which keeps the head part of a sleeping person snoring turned askew sideways so as not to block his sound sleep and a snoring inhibitor utilizing it. SOLUTION: In the pillow 1 for inhibiting snoring, a pair of air bags 17a and 17b made symmetrical horizontally are arranged in a horizontal symmetry so as to form an overlapped part 26 on top of each other at its central part. In each of the air bags 17a and 17b, two airtight sheet materials, one for the surface and the other for the back, made of a soft synthetic resin are put one upon another to be joined together on its outer circumference parts while the overlapped part 26 of the sheet materials put on top of each other at the central part has a seam part 20 where to get the two sheets, surface and back, joined together.
