PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a dust bin to a vending machine that allows a dust bin to be installed with a good show without requiring large space or high cost and without falling in any road surface condition, and to be installed to an existing vending machine relatively easily. SOLUTION: The structure is used for attaching the dust bin 9 to a side surface of the vending machine 8 comprising a box section 8a having a front opening section and a door section 8b for closing the opening section openably and closably as shown. The structure has a first member 1 arranged from the outer surface of a rear wall 81 constituting the box section 8a to the outer surface of a side wall 80, and a second member 2 arranged over the inner, front, outer surfaces of the side wall 80 constituting the box section 8a. The parts of the first member 1 and second member 2 arranged on the outer surface of the side wall 80 are fixed to each other by a screw N, the part of the second member 2 arranged on the inner surface side is fixed to the box section by a clamp 24, and the dust bin 9 is attached to the first member 1 or second member 2 via a holding means H.
