PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural wood decorative panel having a clear resin layer formed on its surface without requiring a large number of processes, made sharper in its design layer and having a depth feeling and a high grade feeling. SOLUTION: The natural wood decorative panel is obtained on the basis of a step (a) for coating a transfer base material with a polyesteramide resin having an amino group to obtain a transfer sheet, a step (b) for successively laminating a core base material, sliced veneer, amino-formaldehyde resin impregnated paper and the transfer sheet to subject them to hot press molding, a step (c) for peeling the transfer base material after hot press molding and transferring the layer of the polyesteramide resin having the amino group to the amino-formaldehyde resin impregnated paper from the transfer base material and a step (d) for curing a resin having an ethylenic double bond and a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group on the layer of the polyesteramide resin having the amino group.
