System of management and communication using electronic signature, that is profitable to make easy the internal communication among the members of an organization allowing to have an reliable communication and with the level of confidentiality desired by communication's issuer, including the system (1) a way of access based in a chip that stores, at least, two private keys of electronic signature, as well as an computerized device (4) for the management and communication among the members of the organization, of documents, information or messages electronically signed, so that by means of the introduction of a first private key (5) of electronic signature, the issuer member signatory of the document provides evidence of his/her real identity (7), and by means of the introduction of a second private key (6) of electronic signature, the issuer member, signatory of the document, provides evidence of identity as a member (8) of the organization, but no personally.</p> |
