PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testpiece molding form for testing the strength of a cement material capable of taking out a testpiece by easily cutting a cylindrical part. SOLUTION: The test piece molding form is equipped with a form body 3 made of a plastic having the cylindrical part 1 and a bottom plate part 2 for closing one end part of the cylindrical part 1 and a metal plate 4 provided in order to cover the whole of the inner surface of the bottom plate part 2. A groove (fragile part) 11 for partially lowering the strength of the cylindrical part 1 is provided so as to extend in an axial direction of the cylindrical part 1 and support wall parts 12, which protrude outwardly from the outer surface of the cylindrical part 1 and receive the force in the direction mutually separated from a dividing tool W to transmit the same to the groove 11 through the cylindrical part 1, are provided on both sides of the groove 11.
