PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency on locking and unlocking. SOLUTION: This lock mechanism 8 has a fastener 30 for fixing a fixed side lock member 10 and a movable side lock member 20 in a matched state. The fastener 30 is temporarily held by the fixed side lock member 10 in a standby position slidable in the shaft direction when both lock members 10 and 20 are not matched. The fastener 30 is formed fittable to both lock members 10 and 20 by a slide in the shaft direction and engageable with both lock members 10 and 20 by rotation after its fitting, when both lock members 10 and 20 are matched.
