PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique evaluating accurate web page conversion performance in a short time, on the basis of an objective criterion. SOLUTION: In a web page 1 created in a description format which can be displayed in a predetermined information processing terminal, performance of conversion process is evaluated on the basis of the web page converted into a web page 2 created in a description format which can be displayed in another information processing terminal, and information for changing web page conversion process contents is generated, on the basis of an evaluation result 3 in a step for evaluating the performance.
