摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer to easily acquire incentive by electronic data and to allow a store side to enlarge commodity sales opportunity, when the customer comes to the store and browses a commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The customer photographs a two-dimensional bar code 103 by a camera-equipped portable terminal 101. The camera-equipped portable terminal 101 transmits an application ID stored in a memory 205 and a store ID or the like extracted by analyzing the two-dimensional bar code 103 to a Web/authentication server 104. The Web/authentication server 104 authenticates the customer by use of the application ID. When questionnaire requirement is absent, a commodity server 105 extracts incentive information from an incentive information DB 225, and transmits it to the camera-equipped portable terminal 101.
