The device is assembled of a housing (1), a stationary (3) and a swivel mounted welding arm (4) fitted with electrodes (7, 8) and a drive (20) acting on an operating rod (21). The welding process is observed by an electronic unit (24) transmitting a signal to a vibration creating mechanism (26, 27) accommodated inside the housing (1) in case of a fault present in the system. The mechanism is electrically operated and comprises an asymmetrically shaped disk.
