FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested endoprosthesis contains elbow and shoulder pedicles connected with spherical hinge consisted of a sphere and a cup designed with possibility to be rotated against the former. The sphere is connected with shoulder pedicle being a casing for eccentrically located spheroid elements connected with a cup and elbow pedicle with a cylindrical hinge, which rotation axis is coaxial to longitudinal axis of elbow pedicle, moreover, eccentricity of spheroid elements epsilon = C.tgalpha0, where C - center-to-center distance of spheroid elements, alpha0 - angle of hinge rotation in distal plane in case of complete unbending. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 3 dwg |
