PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched multilayer polypropylene film recognizing no thickness irregularity and excellent in transparency, see-through feeling, hot slip properties, regidity, heat resistance and antistatic property retaining properties. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the biaxially stretched multilayer polypropylene film is constituted by laminating a layer containing a polypropylene resin composition, which contains 80-30 wt.% of a propylene polymer (C) with a melting point of 150-170°C and 20-70 wt.% of a propylene random copolyemr (D) having a melting point of 90-149°C and containing ethylene and/or anα-olefin, at least on one side of a base material layer containing a polypropylene resin composition which contains 99.97-97 wt.% of a propylene polymer (A) and 0.03-3 wt.% of a surfactant (B), the stretching in the direction (lateral direction) crossing the flow direction of the film at a right angle is performed at an atmospheric temperature of the melting point+3°C or below of the propylene polymer (C).
