<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency by a solid thermite agent, which is charged into an ash melting furnace to heat an object to be melted in the furnace, and to provide a manufacturing device for the solid thermite agent. <P>SOLUTION: The heating efficiency is improved by using a solid thermite agent, which is formed into a solid state by compressing a thermite raw material made by mixing a powder material containing iron oxide and a powder material containing aluminum in a state that the materials contain water. A device suitable for manufacturing the solid thermite agent is composed so as to have: a stirrer 3 preparing the thermite raw material; a raw material hopper 4 storing the thermite material prepared by the stirrer 3; a weighing machine 5 weighing the thermite raw material stored in the raw material hopper 4; and a forming machine 6 compressing the thermite raw material weighed by the weighing machine 5 to form a solid thermite agent 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
