PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position control device in which a response of a load is non-vibratory, its settling time is short and the device is robust in the parameter variation of the load. SOLUTION: In the position control device, a load 400 is provided with a detection part A500 (acceleration sensor). A proportional integral signal of an acceleration signal for the load 4 which is detected by the acceleration sensor is negatively fed back to a driving force command to a motor 300.
