PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant touch controller with a compact configuration and providing outputs of control signals different from a plurality of plants and artificial flowers by sensing people and animals in touch with any of a plurality of the plants and artificial flowers. SOLUTION: The plant touch controller is provided with a plurality of touch electrode units 10A, 10B, 10C, wherein plants or artificial flowers act like sensors, arranged close to each other and provides outputs of control signals different from the sensors by sensing people or animals in contact with any of a plurality of the sensors. The game machine or the gate apparatus is provided with: a computer to the USB ports of which outputs of the plant touch controller are connected in a way that the outputs act like buttons of a joy stick; a monitor for displaying the processing result of the computer; and an external output, and various information items are displayed.
