PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control actuator, for easily and accurately adjusting and setting a relative position of a coil to an armature in an axial direction and eliminating displacement between the oil and armature in a direction perpendicular to the axis to efficiently and stably a target output characteristic. SOLUTION: In the vibration control actuator, a part of an inner rod 86 projects outward from the armature 126, engaging teeth are formed to the projecting part, and a lock member 132 which has locking claws 136 is externally fitted around the engaging teeth 87. An urging means 146 is disposed to the armature 126 to urge the armature 126 in a direction being pulled out of the inner rod 86. The lock members 132 are overlapped with the armature 126 and their contact state is kept, with a state where slide displacement of the armature 126 with respect to the inner rod 86 in a direction perpendicular to the axis is allowed.
