PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part opening-closing device of a building, capable of coping with consumption of a battery and damage of a mechanism, capable of improving a confirming degree of locking and unlocking in addition, capable of coping with illicit operation, enabling operation except for a remote controller, and enabling manual operation in an emergency. SOLUTION: This opening part opening-closing device of the building has the mechanism started by a power source such as at least a motor and a gear or a solenoid, and a bolt member for making a lock state and an opening state by going in and out of a receiving member by the mechanism; and remotely controls the mechanism by radio transmission. The device is constituted for visually confirming the lock or opening state of an opening-closing body from an external part of the building by a light emitting element, by providing the light emitting element in an end part, by introducing one end of a cable to an outside surface of the opening-closing body, by connecting the emergency power cable to the mechanism.
