<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip and a document passalong management system for surely pass along a document. <P>SOLUTION: The clip, which is used for supporting the document to be passed along to a plurality of passalong destinations, comprises: a reception part for receiving a radio signal from a plurality of information terminals corresponding to the respective passalong destinations; a storage part for retaining passalong condition data which indicate either an unpassed-along state or a passed-along state by corresponding to each of the plurality of information terminals; and a control part for updating the passalong condition data, corresponding to each of the information terminals, to the passed-along state, in the detection of passed-along information included in the radio signal.
